Grass-fed, non-GMO beef offers several vital health benefits, including a higher concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and antioxidants compared to grain-fed beef, potentially supporting heart health, reducing inflammation, and aiding in weight management.

For storing beef, a general rule of thumb is to plan for 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 35-40 pounds of packaged meat. For a half beef (around 200 pounds), you'll need a freezer with at least 5-6 cubic feet, while a whole beef (around 400 pounds)requires a freezer of at least 10-12 cubic feet.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
1/8 Beef Share: About 50-65 pounds, 2 cubic feet.
1/4 Beef Share: About 100-130 pounds, 4-5 cubic feet.
1/2 Beef Share: About 200-260 pounds, 10-12 cubic feet.
Whole Beef Share: About 400-520 pounds, at least 20-24 cubic feet.
General Rule: 1 cubic foot for every 35-40 pounds of packaged meat.
First and foremost, we believe that by intelligently, patiently, and lovingly raising genetically superior Black Angus and Wagyu cattle on a small ranch, nestled on stress-free, lush green grass pastures, reminiscent of the 1850s, produces the most nutrient-dense, savory beef on the planet. By rotationally grazing our cattle, we ensure they receive the highest nutritional value. This sometimes involves painstakingly moving the cattle and adjusting fence lines by half an acre, twice daily, to prevent overgrazing and maximize their nutritional uptake. Our Cattle are free from GMOs, antibiotics, and hormones, offering a wholesome source of nutrient-rich, grass-fed goodness.
